


What is Assisted Sales?
In our attribution system, each sale is attributed to only one line item. However, other line items may also have influenced that sale.
When a line item meets the attribution criteria (the sale falls within its attribution window and matches the product) but is not selected as the final attributed line item, it is counted as having assisted the sale.
You can view the assisted sales for specific line items on the Line Items page of your dashboard:
Under your Demand account, navigate to the Campaigns page.
Click the name of the campaign that contains the line items you want to view.
Under the Line Items page, the Assisted Sales column contains the assisted sales amounts for each line item of that campaign.

How Assisted Sales is different from Attributed Sales?
Attributed Sales refer to sales that have exactly one line item assigned to them.
Assisted Sales can have zero, one, or multiple line items contributing to the sale.
Each line item’s eligibility is determined by its own attribution window. A line item can assist a sale even if it doesn’t receive full attribution. Similarly, a sale may be assisted but not attributed if none of the line items fall within their attribution windows.
