Campaign Archiving in CMax

Onsite Display and Onsite Sponsored Products campaigns that have been inactive for 13 months or more will automatically be archived in all Demand accounts.

An onsite campaign qualifies as inactive when the line items' end dates are 13 months or more in the past, from the current date. No archiving will occur if its line item(s) do not have end dates.


However, you can adjust the Campaigns filter settings to view all archived onsite campaigns by switching from All but Archived to Archived or All Status.  


While you cannot edit archived onsite campaigns or their line items, all performance reporting for these campaigns will be available in the Analytics tab. This means you can still view which SKUs, keywords, and placements your campaign served on.
