🚀 Introducing a new 'Channel' column for Audience Labelling

What is it?

The new Channel column in the Audience Library, Events, Contact Lists segments & line-item workflow will indicate the use of each audience/segment for:

Onsite /Offsite: If only events segments are used.
Onsite: If at least one segment from a Contact List with user identifiers for Onsite Display is used.
Offsite: If at least one segment from a Contact List with user identifiers for Offsite is used.

Why?

Previously, contact list segments and audiences had to be named appropriately due to different user identifiers for Onsite Display and Offsite.

Where?

The new column will appear in the Audience Library, Events segment, and Contact Lists segment tab.

This will help improve campaign planning, secure budget, activate line items faster and avoid misconfigurations that delay delivery and risk budget allocation.
