Click Audiences under Shared Library on your dashboard.
Select the Event Segments option and click on +Segment.
On the next page, select the following details:
1. Select a Retailer.
2. Include users from the available audience definitions using the dropdown. There are three types of user actions to choose from:
  - Viewed Products: Targets shoppers who have looked at products in a given period.
  - Purchased Products: Targets shoppers who have previously purchased products.
  - Added Products to Cart: Target shoppers who have added products to the cart but have not purchased.
3. The second dropdown allows you to choose your audience based on the products people have interacted with, which includes Categories, Brands, or both.
  - Brands must be attached to the Demand account to appear. (It will not be all brands from the retailer). You will be able to search for and manage selected brands in this window. You can add up to 100 brands.
  - Categories will include all categories from the retailer. You will be able to search for and manage selected categories in this window. You can add up to 100 categories.
4. You will have the option to select a Price Range. This will narrow your audience to shoppers who have only looked at products within a specific price range.
5. Check to see if your audience size is scalable by referencing the Estimated Audience Size widget on the right-hand side.
6. Enter a Name for your Event Segment. We recommend using a standardized naming convention that provides clarity and is easy to identify.
7. Once you have verified all the details, click Create at the end.
