Positive Keyword Targeting
The Retail Media Platform automatically assigns over 100 keyword words to your line items for targeting. These keywords are determined by previous shopper searches and relevancy terms associated to your products by both the Retail Media Platform and the retailer you are advertising on.
You can view the keywords your line item targets by selecting Keyword in the top right breakdown menu of the Activity Dashboard.
If you want to target additional keywords that might not be captured automatically by the platform, you can do so using the Positive Keyword Targeting option on the third page of a line item's settings.
When you add keywords to your positive targeting strategy, the retailer that you are serving on must approve your new targeting before you can begin targeting those keywords. This is to make sure your new positive keywords align with the relevancy rules set by the retailer for their website.
