Add a User to an Account
- In RMP, click the Account Settings icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Account Users in the left pane.
- Click Add User.
- Enter the user’s email address and click Find User.
- Assign your user a User Role and click Add User.
The new user will receive a welcome email granting them access to the Criteo Retail Media Platform and inviting them to set up their own password.
Remove a User from an Account- On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.
- Click the More icon > Remove User.
Edit a User Role
- On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.
- Click the More icon > Edit User. You can also edit the user's first and last name if desired.
- On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.
- Click the More icon > Send Forgot Password Email. An email will be sent to the user’s email address with instructions to set a new password.
