Manage Accounts

Add a User to an Account
  1. In RMP, click the Account Settings icon in the top right corner of the page. 
  2. Click Account Users in the left pane. 
  3. Click Add User.
  4. Enter the user’s email address and click Find User.
  5. Assign your user a User Role and click Add User. 

The new user will receive a welcome email granting them access to the Criteo Retail Media Platform and inviting them to set up their own password. 

Remove a User from an Account
  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.
  2. Click the More icon > Remove User. 
Edit a User Role
  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.
  2. Click the More icon > Edit User. You can also edit the user's first and last name if desired. 
Reset a User's Password (Admin only)
  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane. 
  2. Click the More icon > Send Forgot Password Email. An email will be sent to the user’s email address with instructions to set a new password.
