Onsite Video campaigns should have creative assets prepared and finalized before campaign setup. The available video formats will be automatically displayed on the page when you are Building a Creative.

This guide provides a detailed overview of all supported video formats and the guidelines that you should follow. We offer two types of video formats to help you reach your goals:

  1. Commerce Video Spotlight: Choose this format if your goal is to drive product sales or conversions. This format shows a video + live product info (like pricing and availability) and lets shoppers click through to learn more or buy.

  2. Branding Video Standout: Choose this format if your goal is to build awareness and tell your brand story. It consists of a video branding zone and messaging zone for high-impact storytelling, used to educate, inspire, or reinforce brand messaging.
