What are Sales Channels?
Sales channels are the different environments where a person can purchase a product. These can be categorized into:
Online Sales Channels: Purchases made after seeing an ad online, where the transaction is completed online or through an app.
Offline Sales Channels: Purchases made after seeing an ad online, but the transaction is completed in a retail store.
Offline sales data is imported once every few days. It will take 3 days (around 74 hours) to make offline sales available in the UI after ingestion.
All Sales Channels: This includes both online and offline sales channels, allowing you to track and target purchases across all environments.
