Creatives

In this step, you will select which Creative Type you would like to advertise with for your campaign. The Creative Type you select in this step must match the creative you plan to associate with the line item.


Creative Types 

Select the specific creative type you will use:

  • Display: You can select from an Image (static) banner, a Dynamic banner (DCO), an Image (HTML ad tag), Adaptive, and Showcase formats with brand and product messaging to engage shoppers.

  • Video:

    • You can upload a video in an MP4 file: Use relevant and engaging online video creatives to inspire shopper purchases.

    • You can add a video vast tag: Use the Video Ad Serving Template to make video ads delivery and tracking easier

Once you have selected your Creative Type, use the creative search bar to select the creative you want to associate with the line item.

A creative must meet the following criteria to appear in the drop-down: 

  • Creatives must be built in the Creative Library

Ad Preview

Once the creative is selected, you will see an ad preview of what your ad will look like when it appears in your campaign. You may preview more than one creative by selecting and deselecting from the available list.

3rd-party Trackers (Optional)

A 3rd Party Tracker is an additional measurement beyond what is available in the Criteo platform. Trackers, in the form of either an image code or javascript code, are appended to ads for a number of reasons, including 3rd party verification to ensure your ads are not attributing any fraudulent clicks.
