Download Your Cost Transparency Report
If you run campaigns using Retailer Budgets, the Cost Transparency Report gives you a complete, billing-aligned view of your campaign costs for these campaigns (including working media spend, platform fees, and professional service fees) in a single downloadable file. The report reflects Retailer Budgets only; Criteo Budget campaigns are excluded. Use it to verify your total spend, reconcile costs against your invoices, and track fee accrual throughout the month.

Professional service fees: fees for campaign management services provided by Criteo
Total billed: working media spend plus all applicable fees

Tips for Reconciling Costs
Compare month-to-date against your Campaign Calculator estimate. If you used the Campaign Calculator before launching, you can use the Cost Transparency Report to check how actual fees track against your estimate.
Match the report to your Criteo invoice. At month end, use the "Last month" date range to reconcile the report against the fees line on your Criteo invoice. Working media costs will appear on your separate retailer invoice.
For questions about your fees or invoice, contact your Criteo representative.

A Note on Data Accuracy
The Cost Transparency Report shows estimated fee accrual. Data reflects a 48-hour lag and may be adjusted before your invoice is issued. These adjustments are standard and ensure your final invoice is accurate. Your invoice — not this report — is the final billing record.
